The successful project of repair and modernization of the berth container handling unit at the HHLA TK ESTONIA terminal was completed on time. Our project specialists performed a complex of works on the restoration of the metal structure of the arrow system of cranes and the replacement of components of the cable suspension, prevention of gearboxes, replaced worn electrical components of the crane, replaced the pin of the fastening tie on the upper pylon.
In cooperation with the official representatives of the manufacturer, some of the crane frequency inverters were replaced with new ones, and the planned maintenance program for the remaining inverters was completed. For the convenience of the operator and to improve the safety of the cabin work, management controllers, flippers of the container spreader were replaced and the communication system on the overload was restored.
